At HeadSmart, we are committed to safeguarding your privacy and responsibly handling your personal data. Below is an overview of how we manage the collection, use, retention, and deletion of your data, focusing on email addresses.

Collection and Use of Email Addresses

Account Creation and Login

We collect your email address during the signup process to create and manage your HeadSmart account.

Communication and Notifications

Your email address is used to communicate with you about your account and to send notifications related to our services.

Deleting Your HeadSmart Account

When you decide to delete your HeadSmart account via our app, we initiate a process to permanently remove all associated personal data, including your email address.

Retention Period

Your data, including your email address, is retained for 30 days after you request account deletion. This grace period allows you the option to reactivate your account by logging back in if you change your mind.

After the 30-day retention period, all your data, including your email address, is automatically and permanently deleted from our system database.

Request Early Deletion

If you wish to have your email address and other data deleted sooner than the 30-day period, you can request early deletion. Email us from your registered email address at Operations@MPFACT.com, including your account details and specifying your request for early deletion.

Important Note

Deleting your HeadSmart account is an irreversible action. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and you will lose access to all services and features tied to your account.
